How long is the shipping?
Greater Vancouver takes 1–3 business days. Across Mainland Canada takes 3–8 business days.
Is your linen pure or a blend?
Linenia only carries 100% pure linen. We do not do blends.
Will the linen shrink after washing?
Our linen is pre-washed and will barely shrink if you use a cold, gentle cycle and hang dry.
I accidentally washed my linen in warm water and heat dried it. Now what?
It will probably shrink around 3–4%, but don't panic! Our loungewear is designed with a relaxed fit, so it will probably still fit you well. Plus, the fabric will eventually soften and slightly loosen with wear.
What is the brand's return policy?
Within 30 days of delivery, you can easily request a return on our website and ship your parcel to: Linenia #131472, 3511 Viking Way Unit 10, Richmond, BC V6V 1W1. For unworn, unwashed items with tags attached, a full refund will be issued once received. For other cases, you will receive store credit.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please email us immediately. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can update your shipping info, change sizes, or cancel it for you.
